The 2018 Farm Bill implementation has progressed. Farm Bill changes that affect farmers and ranchers will take effect in 2020. OSU Extension and USDA have teamed up with OBA to bring OBA members the latest information on changes to Farm Bill programs, 2020 market outlook, and available decision tools to help farmers determine the best strategy. The seminar is planned to occur in the same time frame in which farmers will be offered the chance to reelect to either Agricultural Risk Coverage (ARC) or Price Loss Coverage (PLC) this fall for the 2019 and 2020 crop years.
