Technology is constantly changing which causes businesses to have to quickly adapt to keep up with trends to stay competitive. These changes also affect Human Resource Managers in keeping up with these trends to hire and retain new employees.

This seminar will explore some of the new processes that technology can provide to help reduce the time Human Resource Managers spend on the day to day activities and focus more on the big issues they are confronted with. We will also discuss the differences in the generations that are affecting the future in the workplace; the Do’s and Don’ts of personnel policies and how they are viewed by employees; handling discrimination and harassment complaints in light of the “Me-Too” Movement and finally the processes of creating and maintaining an Affirmative Action Plan and what the analysis means.
